The New Moon in Gemini on 6th June is tricky as the New Moon squares Saturn in Pisces which has the effect of confusing the thoughts and ideas that we have had and now can't quite pin down so that we may feel we can't get moving with our projects and that the initial excitement that we had is dampened.
It is as if the exuberance and encouragement coming from the wonderful trine from Jupiter in Gemini to our planet of change at any cost Pluto Rx in Aquarius moves out of our reach. So it is important with this New Moon to focus on Venus in Gemini conjunct the New Moon bringing in some feelings that all is not yet lost. So I sense that we have to be open to the changeable and flighty energy that Gemini can bring and allow ourselves to find some inner balance and rationale with what can be a problematic New Moon. Respond don't react is the message I pick up from these energies as Gemini gives us a choice and Saturn square urges us to work with the square by taking responsibility for our thoughts and actions.
The Cosmos continually wants us to grow, to observe our actions, to be aware of our thoughts and potentially distorted and unrealistic thoughts. And what better New Moon to use to teach us and point us in the best direction for our personal growth than a Gemini New Moon, with a hard square to Saturn?

This energy has been ongoing since the start of the month but Jupiter's normal exuberant joy is somewhat subdued by the airy energy of Gemini. Pluto is urging us to change and clear out the negativity from our lives and that includes our self-critical side which can get expanded by Jupiter's presence leaving us feeling “its all too hard “ or, “I’ll think about it tomorrow” so the lesson from the Cosmos is that psychological laziness can prevent us from some wonderful opportunities for personal growth through this Gemini New Moon and that finding our inner gold is the ultimate reward for the continuing cycle of psychological growth.
